This saga will show the true Philippine way . It is at the stage where foreign companies are pathetic in their approach , and the local involvement are the modern cronies , and the Philippine Govt is weak and procrastinating . The whole thing is about the local people in the region of operation. Nothing is being done for them really other than a token joke . I sit back and see this company raise funs and pump pump away . I have lived in Philippines for the last 30 years , and wouldnt put a single Peso at risk with this mob ....
