    IMHO any announcements, if they could be timed without breaching Company Law, would be at the earliest in Feb.

    The reason for this is that brokers, investors and the press will all be starting in earnest for the year in early Feb. A Feb announcement IMHO would therefore give the greatest bang for buck.
