The Chairman/CEO tied role and crazy incentive bonus arrangements 1. Bonus to AL raising money and 2. Low unprofitable revenue targets.
Solution.
1.Appointment of commercially minded independent Chairman;
2.And ditch incentive for cap raising;
3. Increase revenue targets to $15m;
4. Add incentive to include licensing of MOU and OEM;
5.And all Management accept for Martin,John and Chris to have salary dropped by 50% until profitability;
6.Athans title changes to Business Development Officer;
7.Martin assumes MD and CEO
Then all will be brilliant for company as the strategy and update today by Martin is very exciting and solid.
