I think that when they really want to yank on the chain they will be wanting cash to flow in and not cold water.

As I have noted before. I think that the delay in announcing anything further on the Rights issue is tied up with developments at Amayapamapa.

When things are in place there and things are looking good on that front then I think the go ahead for the prospectus will be given to gain the most momentum from the announcements.

It is not rocket science
