I owned approximately 27% of those shares that voted against the takeover, I hope there are more who are going to vote against it if management come back asking shareholders to vote again to renew the 30c takeover. Unfortunately if there is to be another vote I have a few less this time as I sold enough at the higher price so as to get rid of all my personal debts just in case the deal didn't go through. I know I would've been disappointed had a higher offer come in but I still had enough there to do very well. One thing I have decided on is that I will forever watch the career path of current management and will never invest in companies they are involved with.
