Im afraid it already stinks of desperation & whatever credibility these clowns had has long gone.Now it looks like these morons are going to either lower the bid price or even worse still, possibly go into some sort of joint venture with these conmen & crooks.Wake up & move on cut the deal now before you blow the remaining 20mil on frivilous legal proceedings & end up with the same result nothing.Grow some balls & be decisive stop dancing to the russian acordian which is just string'n you along.
