a condition of the SIA is that the offer price has to be above the independent valuation by e&y, which was maximum 28c if i remember correctly. maybe they are renegotiating this part of the SIA along with the drop dead date.
i do think we should spend money to pursue the legal path though, freeze their damn FMG holding and force them to complete.
