if MMK wanted to proceed they could pay Elana off and make this whole legal fiasco go away.... And they choose not to.
Gary is in a world of doggy do now as if he sues MMK for the break fee he will be a dead man walking.
1 July shareholders should push for a board rolling and new TO or JV strategy. There can't be much more sp downside now given the Ore body.
