This deal is feasible given recent reported transaction, though price obtained would be surprising given distressed nature of sale. More specifically there is a long history of fake deals being announced to retail mugs on the ASX which are used by unscrupulous types to offload massive amounts of stock just before a bombshell is dropped on the suckers heads.  ASX/ASIC really ought to do this sort of DD prior to allowing any further trade. The fact that they don't after dozens of fake 'deals' over the years is testament to what short of dodgy backyard public market we have in Australia.
