I doubt it takes very long to send. Assuming the deal is 100% legitimate, ASIC and the ASX will need to satisfy themselves that the announcements on 7th and 10th were compliant with their disclosure requirements. They will also potentially make some recommendations for further information to be disclosed to the market.

Given the stakeholders involved I doubt this will be a quick process.

If they believe the deal is sufficiently flaky, who knows how long this will take.
