Having had a rethink, the outcome can't be all negative. If it was and TLS said "no thanks" it would be all over and we would know by now.

I am now convinced that this about "how much", whether it's a technolgy buyout or what TLS are prepared to pay for PIE doing the work. Either way I don't think it's as bad as we think. However I'm sure all will be revealed soon.
