Wouldn't be suprised if VIMSON is playing games with the sp and holding it here for more cheap seats at equity stage for finance package.

What burns me is that TNG by issuing the cheap seats to VIMSON is they have set the bar low, when it comes time for equity as part of finance package. Other equity partners will expect the same price or close to it, and given TNG past experience of negotiations equity partners will probably win.

Eveyone here suspects VIMSOM were behind the recent share price manipulation of recent to get the cheap board shares, if it was how is that stuff legal, all at the expense of us shareholders....

PB needs to put some decent skin in the game.
