Work out for yourself what ARQ is earning, what ARQ will be earning. Then add an appropriate value for ARQ's exploration prospects, not the garbage $2 million that some clueless brokers use.
Also unlike a BAS, ARQ will not drop 70% in price should they have a dud drilling result.
