We had a win over Avitar where Dr Sun original came from but they were all ready going belly up and we got nothing financial out of it. We did get and enforce in our favor and that led to hope that the others would follow suit.

Another in our sights Len was also Branan Medical who have put in a counter claim to keep trading while SBL's desist claim is against them. I have asked, sent emails, have looked and have found nothing as to an outcome. It is a mystery. I think we simply do have the cash to pursue them and hold them to account. And maybe and just maybe that is what SIYi is going to do too.
