the patent problems are to do with the actual plastic device and the way it reads.
ie, the positive lines and failure indication.
It has absolutely nothing to do with our IP.
SO it is not what china are upto.
Yes teh could copy what oraline looks like (like brannan and avitar) and hope we dont go after them but they cant copy the IP.
So what your infering is incorrect
