The process has taken three years leo, it hasnt been three years full of problems as you are suggesting.
Look at Deepfishes post the other day if you had any idea about biotechs etc you would realise they always hit hurdles when dealing with govts and they always take longer than expected.
Our problem in the past we had a ceo who was way to enthusiastic with his timelines in ann.
Im not defending the current situtaion just setting the record straight for potential investors your so worried about.
