I'm not sure what news is expected?

TZ was tracking ahead of its $8m revenue target for the year - we know that.
ADAM is continuing to roll-out albeit much slower than originally anticipated (due to resources being allocated to other projects - they now have someone FT on ADAM)and will double numbers by Xmas - we know that.
IXP continues to win projects (they don't announce them all)

I accept your theory is plausible but it's just one of many scenarios that could be played out here.

There's no need for TZ to plug the SP at the moment as there's no cap raising in the near future and they've got other things to worry about like winning and doing work. Sure there's not a lot of buying at the moment but the October options would have sucked a lot of funds from investors. There haven't been all that many sells as far as I can tell either.

SP will take care of itself in due course if the company can hit it's targets for the year. Plenty of tenders out there so they only have to knock off a small percentage to hit and exceed this.
