My apologies as it wasnt the last quarter that the notice about exploration permits title was mentioned it was in fact in the quarterly dated 31 October 2008. (1st Quarter). It was one line and very hard to find. 'During the quarter agreements with native title claimants were completed'.

'San Saba holds nine applications in south west Queensland, EPM’s 16095 – 16099 and
16101 - 16104 located between the towns of Boulia and Bedourie.' (From 30 June 08 RMG Quarterly)

I had to look at the previous announcements and you were correct in stating 9 leases. I always thought springvale had 10 leases in my previous research. So I went back and had a look at the original announcement (10/6/07) of the acquisition and it does state 10 leases. I think I will give Mr JR a ring on this one and find out what is the correct amount of leases for RMG.

'The Springvale Project consists of 10 leases(applications) totalling an area of approximately 2,560km2 and is located between Boulia and Bedourie in South West Queensland.'
