    Apologies for not clarifying where I received the information from, regarding SG "signature authority"

    I contacted the GGP investor group via email and I was informed that, when SG resignation was announced, the IG contacted the company, requesting detail and the terms of his consultancy contract. Chris Ritchie, apparently provided the Information to the IG.

    Once again, my apologies for not clarifying that source.
