    From the resignation announcement:

    "Mr Graves has agreed to continue to act as a consultant to the Company through a yet undertimed transition period."

    "agreed" ??

    So who's bright idea was it ??

    Is it normal practice to have a CEO stay on (as a consultant and an authorised signatory) until a replacement is found??

    Has anyone ever seen this happen in other companies?
