    Trust me, it is not possible for individual investor sued a biotech company and win.

    Even if it is class actionIt takes years to get the results, and most of the cases got dismissed after.

    MM knows the rule very well.

    She must bet there will be no one start/lead the litigation simply because 82% of shareholders are individual investor.
