They allude to a number of "commercialisation success goals", which sound like volume related targets following market release.

I agree, they have moved to a different phase, ie prospecting again. Lead me to the same conclusion, they have picked the best fruit internally. This really makes me think carefully about the longer term holding as this strategy has seen the death of many a company through the gradual wasting of $$ on other peoples hobby horses.
