I must be a bit off i read that they are only signing for a trial in one area of China from the announcement.

"Under the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding it is SmartTrans and
China Mobiles intention to conclude commercial negotiations as soon as
practicable for China Mobile to deliver SmartTrans software pre-installed on new
mobile telephones and to also make it available for download by existing users in
the Shanxi province."

I would say it could take a while to get the program available for download for the shanxi province. Its the abilit for them to get the download that has the 500 million customers.

Also new to this stock and been watching for a while. Was a bit secptical of the chinese share holder conviently getting out durring the price run.

Well i still thought there should be a good run here.

Not advising others to jump in but willing to take a risk myself.
