Mediocre is right!
They have taken so long that WISCO has had to go through the charade of:
"withdrawing and resubmitting the FIRB Application..[which is].. is an administrative matter which gives FIRB up to an additional 30 days to process the Application."
The Chinese must be thinking, "and we thought a centrally-planned economy was bureaucratic!" :)
How about they (FIRB) pull their finger out and get out their rubber stamp.
It shouldn't be much longer though...
Let's see if the SA Government can announce their Port Lincoln export decision in the meantime.
