    Second guessing the market and when it will "crash" is very problematic indeed. I have held a Term Deposit for close to 3 years now, admittedly getting 3.2%, payable monthly, in a bank. It represents 25% of my portfolio. If I had used it to trade/invest in the share market, I would have enhanced my wealth considerably. I know this because I only needed to doubled/trippled the amounts I have been trading with. I have traded COH, CSL, APT, LTR, HUB, CLT, KGN and ASX.

    What to do with that Term Deposit once it becomes due at the beginning of December is my dilemma and not sure what I will do with it. I certainly not keen to hold it as cash again, particularly at these very low rates. Also property is moving again....hmmm
