Same for me GT, although booked a few profits recently. There is a strong correlation between being bullish on PM's and also being bearish on property. Comes with the same territory! This view was the 'lunatic fringe' up until only fairly recently.
Although gathering some steam of late, Kincella is livin' in a dreamland that 'bears' are a contrarian indicator on property. It is the opposite that is true amongst the general public.
