Given the recent data, which even SQM and Commsec agree is bad for housing, kincella, I think the better question is how far will prices drop before fear finally replaces greed (after 10+ years of the latter) as the dominant motivation for property vendors - 5 per cent, 10 per cent or 15 per cent?
My bet is 5 per cent.
