AuCu, copper is king. Structural chronic shortage (like those property clowns used to say).
Coking coal is also a good bet.
Iron Ore will still make you a truck load of money until around 2015 before oversupply comes into play.
Around 2016, I may start rotation into properties after a 50% (minimum) correction. I suspect many (higher end properties) may fall 60% or more.
