I do not believe grads get that much. We do have some smart cookies and dedicated people working there and deserve what they get.

There are good people leaving and going elsewhere,where they will be looked after by the respective companies that they go to.
I know this as a fact, as at least 4 people very good people have left where I work over the last year,and not because they wanted to. Now that is sad as they had enough with the system, banging their heads with a yes man culture, i.e upper management. A company cannot afford to lose good people

However in part agreeing with with thats leaves the dregs, of which will not be able to get a job any where else, as it is for any organisation.
With upper management they are in the firing line now, and about time the wages people have been cut as much as it can be.
