I agree Strat, if you only have people around that say yes and never challenge you will not get any other opinion than your own, that leads to a very nepotistic culture, looks like its already well imbedded where you work, unfortunately this type of behaviour is top down, a sad indictment of upper level (mis) management. Diversity of opinion was once a strong point of BSL, that was many years ago.
