You are right to be sceptical of price targets. Both mine and Rogers.
Roger headed up a fund that lost bucket loads on CCP when it crashed from around $12 a share to 50 cents a share in the space of about 3 months. He even took them to court over it. This is on the public record.
I can only assume that his methods drove him to buy CCP in the first place and those same methods failed to warn him of the trouble with CCP.
I suspect he is using those same methods to provide I/V with many stocks such as WPL, BSL and so on.....dont forget, only about 8 months ago on Your Money Your Call, he provided a 12 month I/V for JBH of over $32.
So you are justified in being sceptical.
