Your disclosure obligations definitely do not go away when you are in suspension.
WBT can't trade without an Australian presence on the team. Fred resigning is unfortunate, he should have given more notice so they could field for a new candidate and had a seamless transition.
Perhaps 2 Australians next time for contingency reasons or keep a Oz replacement "on warm standby" to step in. Isn't hindsight a wonderful thing?
Not ideal. I also think we've all grown accustomed to WBT hitting their targets early or on time, so a delay on the projected Tier 1 fab will be seen poorly but given the suspension, this impact may be minimised. Mucks up EOFY activities though for some.
Looking forward to those discrete chips...
