Hi PerS......... I see your are a member of the 'None' ' Not Held' bottom feeder group. Just some advice -(not financial) but it may help you to increase your brain power , do some research on the rules of ASX listed Coys, Directors and Independent Directors.
Better to have something up there -- the 'engage brain before placing mouth in gear ?' syndrome !
1- Firstly it is Coby not COLby -- that is a brand of cheese (yes I got your emphasis COL... er smart ! Nah- denigrating/belittling one's self possibly )
2- Suggest you do some research on 'Coys listed on ASX should they have an Australian Director?
3- When can a Coy call a Trading Halt?
4- Read up on each of the Directors
5- Then get a grip on F Bart was Independent Director of WBT.- do some research there. (look up Fred B on the net - your choice) Also take into consideration his age and other interests which are (or were) extensive.
6- My perspective - as WBT gets to the pointy end of the first part of development - commercialisation- things will ramp up in a big manner and require exceptional knowledge and work - It will become a big International Coy. I am very optimistic here. . I do not think F Bart would be in a position to carry out the below duties. I could be wrong. However putting 2 and 2 together -one could speculate a little now ?
7- that will do I look forward to your further posts with a better understanding.
-----------------------
The Independent Director -- also known as an outside director - is a member of a Board Of Directors- who brings a unique, unbiased perspective.
The term 'independent director' is commonly used to denote a director who's not an employee of the firm or organisation - where they serve on a board.
Whether they serve on a BoD or BoTrustees. it's their responsibility to oversee the coy's affairs and make sure its mission is fulfilled.
- Oh now is not the time to be S H O R T on Weebit Nan---------me thinks- Just my opinion .
I also think that there is so much crap being posted by so many uninformed- uneducated Stock Market investors (latter word meaning- questionable) that some of the threads are like a 'screen door on a sub' - useless.
Happy to be corrected .
