Noone has the magic crystal ball but don't just put all your eggs in the one basket. Identify trends and back the stocks most likely to benefit.
I prefer mining (MOL, RDR, IGR, FMG),energy (STO, NXS, AOE, OIP) and financials (CBA, NAB, ANZ, WBC,MOC)
I also play the large market cycles not the daily/weekly stuff.
