Some people haven't considered the enormity of this potential 30 year contract.
Its not just a delivery contract, its so much more.

The Coldry import/production deal is to be ticked from a man in the highest seat of government office.
We are not just talking about one CEO saying yes here.
We are talking about the PM of Vietnam, various Executives from Tincom who will need to confer and toss math with various participants from other industries, from other countries, all with an agenda.

This takes time and the longer it goes the more certain it is IMO. If it was a 'no-go' on at any level, the whole chain of negotiation would have broken down like a wall of dominos.
That hasn't happened. So you can imagine how much they all want this MOU to become a reality...
I imagine that all parties are heavily resolving and
re-synergising as we speak, as they need to, to make this happen. Or it would be all kaput by now.

Stay patient, your day will come to cash in on your Pumpo and Dump, but don't kick yourself in the butt for being overly anxious about such an enormous deal - a deal that has no template mind you.
