If and when funds are needed I would suggest it will be a strategic placement to a group here in Indonesia which is politically and socially well connected and can be of assistance to QPN in the future.I am not going to speculate as to which group but there will be plenty of interested parties who have at their disposal millions of dollars in cash....They(the investors) won't need to be seeking loans from a bank,it'll just come out of the piggy bank at home
