Not necessarily so..

Announcements can be delayed for various reasons..
But consider this possibilty..

Quest seem to have gained priority access to this block ahead of the majors...with the possibility of further
pickups of prospective ground in the future as discussed in the Broker Report..so, on that basis the possibility exists
of funding via an equity position rather than a share issue
afterall Quest have 80% interest.

And don't forget the favourable net proceeds that have been negotiated!!

So I gess at the moment Quest is a bit of a 'rare animal'
that could prove attractive to private major investors with a view that Quest is ahead of the field..

Then again I could be wrong!!
