I spoke with Dean and he told me that the feaso delay was caused by bring the new Candian board up to speed. In addition mine optimisation.
I suspect the Canadians are not happy with the feaso and the current mine plan and changes are ocurring. Probablly to make the deal more attractive to future investors.
The company was going to make a media release in two weeks and our conversation was a weeks ago.
