On an unrelated matter,what is the Canadian law on foreign ownership laws?
If NFC do take a position in MMC,what will be the maximum percentage they can take?
Will the Canadian insto's need to increase their current positions to avoid dilution and accomodate NFC on the share register?,IMHO probably.
