If I remember correctly the 'non commercial find' was known almost immediately. There was also not much SP variation afterwards, so it could all be considered similar to an announcement.
Once the announcement came, just a short run (pump & dump) and since steady as she goes.
If FAN 1 has a gusher it will be known, announcement or not. If its dry, I would imagine SNE-1 will be delayed until the geo model is updated. Maybe even abandoned.
