I agree, it is a long road, but it is a tight hole and apparently the cost-overuns were as per the announcement.
Can I suggest a call to FAR asking your questions and seeking clarification of announcement timing?, updates etc.
Posting on HC only stirs sentiment and doesn't really create answers, probably just more speculation - asking the company can help
