For the record Jimmy they did the deal, you said they couldn't do. Hats off to them and for the record most of the time you are just plain wrong CMQ ? so you need to own that.
Its not personal they just need to go or someone with some serious credibility in the market needs to come on in order for the company to progress. Its a transition stage and sometimes the incumbents just cant quite see that their time has come. They cant continue the rubbish that is occurring and run a $100m plus company, it just doesn't work, it costs us and them. They lost their credibility all on their own, no one forced it on them.
