I am by no means an expert on this but surely taking this long would indicate there is more to finalise, like potentially an offer for the lot. Someone else may be able to add, if we did get such offer from outside of Acad would we then have to consult them before we agree and/or also get a counter offer from them. Or are they just on their own with our drug in US and we can do as we please.
