The Office of New Drugs at the FDA is in the middle of a major, phased reorganization at the moment. All divisions are impacted, including Neurology, which will be split in two, and Psychiatry.
As part of the reorganization, starting this month, a new Office of Rare Diseases, Paediatrics, Urological & Reproductive Medicine will be formed. In addition, there will be new divisions created for Pharm/Tox for Neuroscience and Pharm/Tox for Rare Diseases, Paediatrics, Urological & Reproductive Medicine.
