it cant be acadia, they are in the negotiation tent. So its either a transfer across entities or someone like a fund getting a position. I agree with investie, if someone genuinely bought its someone who sees value at $2.5 to cough up $10 mill large.
If it is LW that sold, then he has done so most likely at profit and has derisked himself a little. I dont care how much money you have, you dont waste it and he would want to make money and derisk along the way like all of us do.
He still has 15 mill shares so a stack of skin in the game. I hope it is a well known USA biotech fund that shows up in the top 20 , that would be a great sign of confidence in NEU. After all, we consolidated just so they could get set in neu.....cough cough
