From where i sit this doesnt look good.
1. if they have 900k which, you think will last tnem a while, then why the loan.
2. loan required until they can find someone to give them a loan. couldn't they find anyone.
3. looks like they're out of cash, so if he doesn't put in he loses the lot. shares, job, the lot.
4. one way or another director will find a way of getting his money if it starts going under.
