TB, you can still work out the risk for neg. yields... an extreme: 10yr Japanese yielding -0.094% (using auction figures from the other day... settlement in a few days).
Whilst negative yields seem shocking (and they are), I think the major takeaway point is that the severe depression of the short end just leads too many people toward the long end (risky). Guessing steepening soon, brexit aside... but you never know.
