Summary: Week ending May 15, 2014. Despite a rise in volatility for the ASX 200 last week, shorting activity remains relatively subdued. While there was a deal of shuffling of positions as is evident from the tables below, no short position movement exceeded one percentage point over the week. Three new stocks ticked up to join the plus 5% club, being Wotif (WTF), Buru Energy ((BRU)) and Silver Lake Resources ((SLR)), while Regis Resources ((RRL)) departed. Myer ((MYR)) and Boart Longyear ((BLY)) saw their short positions slip to single digits, but only on slight reductions.
