Hey Laz,
You're call is probably supported by the trading patterns, let's face it, it's not far off a collapse based on market depth.
I think it should have bottomed out though at these prices. Some discounted NTA tells me the value should be in the 0.11 area.
Activity should return to the southern freeway corridor in another 18 months, so the large tracts of land they hold are negotiable for sale you'd think.
Thats about the extent of my bullishness for this modern tragedy.
