You aren't adding value by doing a cap raising at 5 cents. You are actually diluting the sh#$ of the company, so I don't think management will be going down that path unless they are clueless. What i'd be doing is to try and push for more contract wins and even though their is a slowdown in the industry i wouldn't be saying the mining boom is over, in my view its only in the early ages of a long boom.

You mention if they do nothing they risk been taken over. That's fine i guess just as long as whoever wishes to acquire the company they're paying multiples of today's prices. The earnings will be there if you look past the short term and look into the future. Don't think for a sec that some of the big stakeholders have all the answers cause they don't! some or more than happy to take a loss and move on but only a handful have the discipline to buy and sell at the right time and at current levels this "isn't" a sell.
